Pricing is dependent on house type and location. Typical pricing for an inspection and BER Certification for an existing property is as follows:

1 or 2 bed apartment -  €150
3 bed semi or terrace -  €210

Detached Dwelling -  €240

We are frequently engaged at the concept stage of a project to ensure your new home is fully compliant with the current Building Regulations. We can provide advise and verification of specification and material selections to ensure compliance with Part L is achieved, along with providing provisional BER ratings for your yet to be built home. Pricing for these services can be provided on receipt of design drawings and specifications.
